Happy day, everyone!! We just returned from a lovely vacation at the Secrets Maroma Beach resort in Riviera Cancun, Mexico. Yes, we were just away in London in December, but that was work-related. This vacation was pure relaxation. I feel so very blessed that we were able to get away and go to such a gorgeous resort. Glen and I really did not join in the many activities offered at Secrets; we just needed to eat, drink, sleep and spend some quality time by the pool and beach. Here are a few photos of our trip!

We spent a lot of time at this end of the pool. We could see the Caribbean from this spot!

One morning we woke up very early to catch the sunrise, and Glen took this fun shot of me and my footprints in the sand.
One evening we attend the “Fire Show” in the theater. Let me tell you – it was FANTASTIC!! I was very impressed with this show, and I have seen a lot of shows!!!

There was so much yummy food available. One night the resort hosted a Mexican outdoor barbecue with tons of food and desserts, even jewelry and gift vendors.

Secrets Maroma has several restaurants on site. One of my favorites was the French restaurant!
Amongst the many activities offered, I attended a wine tasting while Glen was napping. This is the resort sommelier – he was very informative!!
On our last full day of vacation, we “rented” a beach-front cabana for the day.
I felt so relaxed!!
This was my last glass of champagne, toasting a wonderful vacation!!
We really had a great trip and hope we get to return to this wonderful resort very soon!

Hi Angel…what fun you both had! Thank’s for sharing your adventure photo’s, it’s always a kick to see where everyone finds to vacation, swim out room to the pool, how wonderful that had to be! I need to get out more but alas my husband will not renew his passport, I think he wishes not to leave his beloved Dirt Bike he still rides. Man would park it in the living room if he could get away with it, gotta love our guy’s though! But that really did move me to find new friendships with women who like to travel like us Quacker girl’s so there you have it!
Have a great Spring! Love the latest Quacker things, you just keep them coming and coming and coming….like usual I can count on something cute I need each and every month if not sooner.

PS I am snooping and playing today with every little new place I can find on the New and Improved Quacker Chatter and all else I wander into…my husband is out riding in the desert right now so I have extra play time to see what’s new. ;o)
