Hello there Sharon, you are more than welcome to the birthday greeting, I hope you enjoy your special day , we do not celebrate July 4th here, I’m in England,but a friend always makes me a 4th july friend she is in Georgia, I hope you are having a good day today, its realy boiling hot here today in England , did 3 lots of laundry today and it all got dry on my new rotary washing line outside in the garden, my new door bell arrived today from amazon, so got that put up, well just had to put the battery in the push part outside and plug in the other bit, its cordless, got lots of tunes you can choose to have for when the ringer goes and the unit lights up too if someone comes ringing the bell! just waiting for my new rotary clothes airer cover to come now! I’ve got all my curtains closed today to try and keep cool and my poor dog patch is feeling very hot, i did make him some doggy ice cream a few weeks ago and he had some today, he loved it, my partner will be home from work around 8.45pm he works at the world duty free whiskey shop at our local airport Stansted, its about 8 miles from here, he likes it, works 4 days on 11am-8pm then gets 2 days off, hes days off are Monday and Tuesday this coming week, we always go grocery shopping on hes first day off though, if he don’t come with me he dont eat!! lol, take care now hugs to you there christine
Hi Christine….Was nice to hear from you again and enjoyed your interesting message. Speaking of England, my back ground is part English as we were connected to all the British isles except Ireland. Sad to say I’ve never made it to England though. I am a widow but have my two grown children, a son and daughter, and my beautiful grown grand kids and great grands. They keep me young and busy. Your new door bell sounds interesting, hope it works well for you. I had a plumber here today that had to put in a new line for my kitchen sink as it was backing up. Works like a charm now and happy to be able to use my dish washer again too. Seems like it’s always something when you own a home. We are in the 80’s today so our weather is pretty warm too. Glad you have a nice doggie, give him a hug for me, I am an animal lover . I lost my Pekingese Cagney, my beautiful boy , years back but just could never seem to replace him.. have thought about it at times but just haven’t done it.
