Hello Lorna, you are more than welcome to the birthday greeting i sent to you, hope you have a good birthday when it comes around, im not too bad, its so hot here in England, like being in an oven!! guess its hot where you are though, i have to go to London Tuesday to see the consultant i go to there, it takes over 2 hrs to get there from here, by train, underground train and bus too, i have had a problem with my foot for over 3 yrs and this hospital is the only one that does the shock wave treatment , so had that done in May, had to go every week for three weeks for shock wave treatment and this appointment is a follow up, my foot has improved a little bit, does not hurt as much as it did do, so think its worked a bit, stewart is still at the airport working in the duty free shop selling whiskey and wine, still got patch our springer spaniel dog, hes 3 now, stewarts parents lost thier springer spaniel dog last week, he was 14, he developed liver cancer and nothing the vet could do so they had him put to sleep under thier apple tree in thier garden, they had oscar cremated, we bought them a rose plant called REMEMBER ME, and we gave it to them yesterday, they were thrilled with it, told them they can take patch out when ever they wanted to, doubt they will get another dog now, they are getting on in yrs now, but who knows they may well get another one, i hope you are keeping ok and keeping cool, ive got the fan on downstairs for patch and the curtains closed, its so damm hot here, you take care my sweet friend christine
