Thank you so much for your mail to me, appreciate it, your poor dad in hospital, how terrible for him, but he’s in the best place, at least they are taking care of him and doing lots of tests etc to rule out certain things, i will pray for him as i always do for you and your family and scott too, my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time, i hope your dad feels much better soon, I’m not at all well, stewart agreed to take me to the walk in drs surgery today, but it meant me getting up at 6am to leave here at 7.30am, it opens from 8.30am-10am, but the hospital where the drs surgery is based opens its doors at 8am, so wanted to be early so i had a good chance of being seen without waiting hours on end, stewart dropped me off outside the hospital entrance there was a lot of people outside waiting for the doors to open, not all were going to the surgery though, some were going for blood tests, x rays, scans, outpatients hospital appointments as the surgery is based there it is at herts and essex hospital, i got number 6 then sat down and waited till the receptionist called my number she asked me if i wanted to see a dr or nurse, i said dr, she asked if i wanted to wait or go back, i told her i will wait so thats what i did, i sat and waited till 9.20am then i was called to see the dr, told him ive had this over a week, he examined me, he could tell i was in pain, he took my temperature told me i had a temperature and said my blood pressure was sky high, i do suffer with high blood pressure, he has given me antibiotics fora week, had to produce a urine test too, he wants me to see the asthma nurse got appointment for septemebr 13th to see her, also ive got to have a blood test to check my kidney function and other things, its a fasting blood test, so no eating 12 hrs before and i can only drink water, its been hot today here again, i managed to get my tablets from the pharmacy there and i called stewart to pick me up, we did stop by the store on the way home as i did not feel like making muffins today, so got some in the store, my window cleaner was cleaning my windows when we arrived home, so paid him, he told me the price is going up next month to £10 i told him thats ok, its been £8.50 for the last 10 yrs and he’s not put it up before now, so thats ok, stewarts back to work tomorrow on the early shift, I’m tired now as i was up at 6am, patch was pleased to see me when i got home, must of wandered where i went too! pleased scott is better now and looking for work again, praying for him too, you take care now and give your dad my very best wishes and your mum and scott too, hugs to you my friend christine
