Thank you so much for your e mail, sorry i did not get around to mailing yesterday, had a manic day yesterday and was just too tired to come on the computer, in fact last night i fell asleep on the leather reclining armchair!! what a day it was yesterday! happy birthday to you for today, I do hope and pray that scott is able to be with you for your special day today, thank you so much for the birthday wishes for stewart, he had a busy day yesterday, missed his mum and dad coming round yesterday though, they did phone to see if we were in, but we were out, out most of the afternoon, so they phoned last night and said they would come here today instead,which they did, not long gone in fact, they got stewart some chelsea boots that he asked for and they gave him £50! wow he is so lucky to get the boots and money! i got him a jacket he wanted, got it a few months ago and told him early birthday present!! managed to get it half price too!! which is ok by me! we went out of here around 12.15pm yesterday, i was so busy in the morning, had to do laundry and make a list of what we needed to get, had to get almost 2 wks worth of shopping yesterday, as they have changed stewarts working schedule now, he only gets one day off in the first weeks shift, not going shopping, and doing everything in that one day, so had to do 2 wks shopping in one go yesterday, went to 6 different stores too, i went to the chemist to get my medication, and they only had 4 of my items, when i have around 18 items, so i had to rush to the drs surgery and sort that out with the receptionist, they said they would fax the medication form to the chemist, but probably be next week now till i can get my other things i need, i did ask about reapplying to go on this online booking thing, took my passport with me, but thats not enough they want a bill or something official with my name and address on it, so have to go back there with it, they gave me a form to fill in too, apparently you are going to be able to make drs appointments, ask for repeat prescription request, test results etc, but she told me its not up and running fully yet, anyway after that had to go to 2 more stores then get home, we were out over 5 hours yesterday, i had to rescan all the shopping and put it away, stewart got patch out, patch was good though, i do this scanning of all our shopping, you scan all barcodes and you have to use this hand held machine, its got names of stores on it, you click down to the store name and then scan, when you have finished scanning for that store you put the total amount it costs and then go onto the next store and so on and when you Finnish you just exit and turn it off, it goes down the phone line each saturday night and you earn points each week you do it, they send surveys to do, you get extra points for that, online surveys too, you get points and you can exchange point for things or days out or meals out, river trips etc, we have been doing it over 3 yrs not cashed in any points year though, must have thousands of points, have to check it the next few days, i did ironing this morning, baked 2 lots of muffins, blueberry ones and sultana ones, did chicken soup for lunch today, I’m not feeling the best today, had headache all day long, its been raining here on and off all day long, i do hope your birthday goes well for you today, thinking of you, I’m praying for you and your family and scott too, you take care now my friend, hows the ear doing now? oh forgot to say about the hospital, he wants me to have a c.t scan in case anything shows up, if so he will deal with it, got to see him after ive had the c.t.scan done, they are going to contact me with an appointment, he said he may have to ask my own dr to refer me to the chelsea and westminster hospital in london for further treatment for my foot, its still pretty sore though, take care my friend happy birthday again for today, have a wonderfull day, birthday hugs to you from me christine
