Thank you so much for your thank you for your birthday greetings i sent to you, you are more than welcome to the birthday greeting, I do know your birthday is not yet,but I do the birthdays in advance of peoples actual birthday, I like to get them out of the way, as i have been busy here and i am suffering from a bad foot right now, had it for the past 15 months, ive got a heel spur on my right foot, and its all inflamed, bruised and i have arthritis in my foot also, been a hell of a year trying to get it sorted out, been to the drs, has gels to rub in, went to physio therapy, did not help me at all, had a big problem persuading my own dr to refer me for a steroid injection, which he reluctantly did, waited over 3 months for that, and it did not work at all, so i went back to my dr to get referred onto a consultant at a hospital, luckily i got the choice of where i wanted to go, and i chose a private hospital close to where i live that takes on national health patients too, so went to see the consultant there may 13th, he seems to be good though, i had an mri scan on june 2nd and i went back to see him last friday and he told me the results, he wants me to have another steroid injection under ultra sound scan, he also wants me to have acupuncture to see if that helps, got appointment for the steroid injection for the 29th july and i am going to be called by phone this week re the acupuncture appointment, i go back to see the consultant august 5th, if nothing helps me he’s going to have me in and do the dry needling thing and have a good look around my foot, he’s going to throw everything he can at my foot, i can only hope and pray that it works , hope you are ok there today, its not too bad here, nice summer day with breeze about, my partner stewart is off this weekend, rare he gets a weekend off, he works at our local airport in the duty free shop, he’s a whiskey specialist, he works 4 days on and 2 days off, he works 2 early shifts, 4am-1pm then 2 late shifts 1pm-10pm then he has 2 days off, yesterday we went shopping and today ive made 2 lots of muffins, sultana ones and mixed berry ones, stewart is cooking dinner today, he cooks on he’s days off to give me a break, so thats nice, he’s doing roast chicken today and the trimmings!! patch our dog can have some chicken and veg too, he’s a springer spaniel puppy, 18 months old now, he’s black and white in colour called patch, he’s a rascal though, he nips the flower heads of my roses, so i cannot have much out the back, got a rose in bloom out the front garden though, he also keeps eating the strawberrys in the back garden!!, hope you are having a good day there today, have a lovely birthday on the 9th, take care hugs christine
