Thank you so much for your lovely mail to me, you are a wonderfull friend to me, so pleased we met on here, us quackers sure are good for each other, I know we may live miles away from each other, but at least we can mail on here and keep in touch, there used to be a thing on here where you could chat to your friends on here, but not anymore since they changed the site around, but then i guess you could only chat if you were on the same time as your friends, sometimes i was lucky and got to chat to friends in the u s a if they were on when i was on, it was like late afternoon here and early morning there!, I hope Chris got he’s glasses ok yesterday and he can see much better now, i must go an get new glasses this year, they are expensive here too, you pay for an eye test unless you are on benefit here and you pay for glasses, but most opticians here have offeres on now and again like free eye test and 2 for one glasses etc, wow $400 but like you say its special glasses Chris has to have, poor Scott legally blind without glasses, poor guy, but I’m proud of him like you are, sorry to hear about your past relationship, some men just do not know how to treat a woman, ive had bad boyfriends in the past, one i had to get a restraining order on! he kept coming to my house and standing on the doorstep trying to come in, and he even thought he could take my dog charlie out every sunday like he was a child being taken out , i soon put a stop to that, i went to see a solicitor who got a restraining order on him, he was not to come anywhere near me or in the road where i lived, he’s got someone else now anyway, sometimes we have to go though bad times to get to the happy times, ive been through hell and back with my ex husband, he used to abuse me every night, rape me too, i put up with it for the children’s sake and one day i just plucked the courage up to leave, it was hard as the house we had went with he’s job, he worked in a prison teaching inmates to do gardening, he thought because the house went with he’s job i would never leave him, he even threatened to poison me, as he knew a lot about plants he said to me, he pushed me down the stairs when i was 7 months pregnant with my youngest child and refused to get me to hospital, i had to call a taxi myself and make an excuse how i fell , he even kicked me in the stomach when he pushed me down the stairs all because i would not abort her when i found out i was pregnant, he did not want any more children after our 2nd child, not my damm fault i got pregnant again, i was sterilised after my youngest was born, the day after the falling down the stairs, i went into labour and they could not stop it, she was born 10 wks early, lbs, 15 oz, but she is ok now though, he turned my 3 kids against me when i left, only hear from my youngest now and again though,but i carry on the best i can, but it hurts though,especially their birthdays, its good you are contacting some mary kay customers to do the makeover contest, good luck with that, you are clever, sorry your foot is hurting a bit but could be because you were doing the ballet thing, you take care and I’m praying hard for scott and your family too, god bless you , you wonderfull friend, christine x
