Christine, hello! Thanks for the note. You make me feel like we’ve been friends for a lifetime. I live in Toledo, Ohio in the U.S.A., and it’s a lovely summer day here, too. I’m 65 years old tomorrow, and I’m retired. My husband turns 65 June 27th, and he still works. He works for a logistics company that sequences for the Jeep assembly plant here in Toledo. He works 6 ten-hour days each week, as well as every third Sunday. His hours are 5:30 am till 4:30 pm. I spend quite a lot of time alone. For the past several years I’ve been very depressed and have had difficulty accomplishing anything. However, over the past few months I’ve been experiencing more energy and a more hopeful outlook. Your cheery greeting really brought an uplift I have been needing. I am inspired to get busy on my long-neglected housework.
