    @tiago-r Hi Tiago,
    thank you so much for your mail, so you live in Florida, how lucky you are to live in such a wonderfull place, I went there once for a holiday, did the film studies etc, loved it though, not into the disney things though much! its a rainy day here in England today, too wet to take patch out our puppy, he’s a little rascal he really is, loves to go out in the garden and dig holes in the dirt! he loves to go on charlie memorial garden and chew at plants on he’s garden, charlie was our collie x dog, he had to be put to sleep on september 27th 2013, he got taken ill while we were on holiday visiting colleen in Missouri, got a call to say he was taken to the vets with breathing problems, he was fourteen and a half yrs old and was struggling sometimes to get up after laying down , the vet had given him oxygen, which did not help much, they did x rays that showed he had a tumour in he’s liver, and he’s organs were shutting down, so we had to have him put to sleep, he was suffering too much, it was hard as we had to get through 2 wks of holiday and going home to see he’s basket there was so upsetting for me, we had him cremated and i made a memorial garden for him, he’s got some of he’s ashes scattered in wales where we took him on holiday with us each year, patch keeps going on charlie garden and chewing the plants, he chewed the clematis plant so i had to pull it up , hope to plant another rose on he’s garden to replace the clematis plant, he’s got roses on the garden and i plant plants each summer and autumn on he’s garden, still no appointment yet for my steroid injections for my foot, I’ve got a heel spur, had physio which has not done much, so waiting for injections now, stewarts working lates today, so not home until 10.30pm tonight, i love my quacker clothes, wearing the dream jeans today and my new rhinestone long sleeved top i got last week, wish we had the choice you have though, but hey guess we will get some new things soon, I’m sure of it, hope patrick does a show here soon, stewart said he would get me some quacker things for easter as well as an egg! hope you are ok there, take care hugs to you christine

      • Hi Tiago
        sorry Ive not mailed for a few days, but things here have been busy, stewart my partner had to change he’s shifts a few days and that completely has thrown me out! like today he was supposed to do the 1pm-10pm, but he’s doing the 11am-8pm shift, so at least we eat together today! which is rare on a late shift! its chilly here today, patch has not been he’s normal self today, our puppy springer spaniel, he had he’s breakfast, went out in the garden and just did not want to play or do training as we do normally, so he just slept the morning and this afternoon he was back to normal, perhaps he just felt out of sorts today! kept him in today, just in case, tried to order a new condenser tumble dryer today , as my tumble dryer is one that has a fault in it, they said someone would be here December to rectify it or i could order a new condenser one for £99, retail price £299, they will deliver it, take my old dryer away and its got a years warranty on it too, but they are out of stock right now of them, so will have to keep looking for when they have more in, its a pain to get things dry, been putting clothes in the airing cupboard and on radiators, its hard to get bedding dry though, have to put outside on washing line until nearly dry then hang over airers!, my foot is painful still, just have to wait for the injections,, i lit a candle saturday for my charlie, i know he’s at peace now, but it was sad, he got taken ill when we were on holiday visiting colleen in september 2013, I’ve got he’s garden to tend to though, but its hard to keep patch off charlies garden! hope you are ok there, you sure sound busy there, take care hugs to you christine

        • Hi Christine, hope all is well. Sorry for the delay responding to you message, things have been super busy in the Quacker world 🙂 . Probably was a lazy day for your puppy Springer 🙂 sometimes I have those days too when I don’t feel doing anything, just sleeping… lol . Sorry to hear about your dryer you just have to keep looking. For you foot she keeping thinking that it will get better soon , remember the mind controls everything, I know its difficult but just keep putting good thoughts in your mind. Its works for me when I’m in pain 🙂 . About Charlie I know its sad but like you said it he is in a better place. Did you watch Patrick’s shows in the QVC Uk? Best Regards, Tiago

          • Hi Tiago
            thank you so much for your lovely mail to me,
            i understand how things are, do not be sorry it took a while to reply to me, its ok, i did record patricks shows here on our q v c, i have seen one show, got the other to watch, just been so busy getting things done here as I’ve got my injection in my foot tomorrow at the hospital and i cannot do anything for the following 48 hrs, so been getting things done etc, i got my new dryer last week, its lovely, and a bargain at £99, normal sell for £299, its because it was a special offer as the one i had was affected by this fire safety thing with fluff, i have been in pain for nearly a year now with my foot, I’ve tried everything, pain pills, gel, physio therapy, I’m trying the injections now if they do not work its surgery, i have managed to keep going the best i can, my puppy patch keeps me busy, he’s a rascal though, last week he dug up one of my honeysuckle plants and had one trellis down, i has to nail the trellis back to the fence and luckily i have 2 more honeysuckle plants, he went to the vets monday for he’s yearly vaccinations, he’s doing well they said, he’s now 17.2 kilos!, i know my charlie is in a better place, but i do miss him though, i have he’s memorial garden to tend too, but patch has been on there and tried to pull up plants too, he’s some thing else, but he will hopefully grow out of the puppy stage! , stewarts parents are having patch tomorrow while I’m at the hospital, think stewarts dad is taking patch to the forrest, so up early for us tomorrow, went shopping today, did ironing too, got everything done here now so i can rest up for the following 48hrs after I’ve had the injection, its going to be so hard, as I’m so used to doing things around here, and always on my feet! hope you are ok there and keeping well, thank you again for your lovely mail, take care now, hugs to you from me christine
