HI Ladies, I hope you are all ok there today, I know some of you have had awful weather there, we have here also, cold , windy, wet and now today a lovely typical spring like day, most of you there have now changed your clocks, we dont change ours untill march 26th, our mothers day here, we put them forward by one hour, my window cleaner called this afternoon, so now i have lovely clean windows on the outside , just got to get around to cleaning the inside of my windows now!, i went to see the foot consultant at the hospital last friday, he wants me to have some shock wave therapy on my foot, so that starts on the 21st of march, got around 4 or 5 sessions of that, hes also going to write to my own dr to ask him to refer me to the chelsea Hospital in London for some other treatment, its the only place that does this treatment, will have to wait a while for it though, as there is a waiting list and we cannot afford to pay for it, but ive had it nearly 2 yrs so can wait a little longer to see if this new treatment works or not, the consultant says we are running out of options now! guess i will just have to learn to live with it , ive had so many insoles, but i dont get on with them, they make my foot hurt worse, im thinking of getting the vionic footwear that they sell on q v c , they may be of some help to my foot problem, i have to keep going no matter what, stewart is ok, hes working untill 9pm tonight, patch is ok too, hes a little rascal though, hes growing up fast though, full of energy, we had that crufts dog show on here the last four days, the best in show was an american cocker spaniel this year, lovely dog it is, 2 yrs old , anyway you all take care now hugs to you all there christine
