      Easy Monkey Bread Recipe

      • 12 pack Hawaiian rolls
      • 1 egg (I used 2 for my bread)
      • 3/4 cup brown sugar
      • 1 tsp cinnamon
      • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
      • 1/2 chopped walnuts
      • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted

      • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray. If you don’t have a bundt pan, you can use a 9X9 or 9×13 pan.

      • Cut rolls into 4-5 pieces, place in a large bowl, set aside. Mix cinnamon & sugar in a bowl, set aside. Take the egg & stir with a fork, pour over the bread cubes & mix. Then pour the cinnamon/sugar mix over the bread & stir. You can use your hands for this or a spoon.

      • Transfer the bread mixture to the baking pan. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.

      • Melt the butter. Mix the brown sugar & melted butter together, pour over the bread mixture.

      • Bake for 15 minutes. Cool slightly in the pan. Turn the bread onto a serving plate & enjoy!!

Warning– this mixture can be addictive!! LOL
