On behalf of Angel, myself, and the entire Quacker Factory team, THANK YOU all so much for joining us on February 4th for our annual National Quacker Day show!!!!! This year was even more special than usual because we were celebrating TWENTY years since our beautiful Jeanne Bice first appeared on QVC!!

Of course the stars of the day were YOU – our audience at home – and also our Quack-Tastically gorgeous audience at Studio Park QVC! And I loved, loved, loved chatting with you all throughout the 2 hours! We definitely had THE Facebook party of all parties!!!

In case you missed it, we decided it would be extra fun to use Facebook so that I could take pictures of our audience and also lots of areas behind-the-scenes that you usually don’t get to see when you’re watching from home. To help me with my picture taking, I went out and got a selfie stick – and then gave it to our Design Team to ‘bling’ up – and boy, they did a GREAT job blinging it up! Here I am with John & Diane – our extraordinary artists – with my selfie stick!

Once I had that selfie stick in my hand – there was NO stopping me!!
I took lots of pictures, so I thought it would be fun to share them with you in this blog

The first picture I took was of Angel and me in her dressing room before she kicked off our 20th Celebrations with the Preview show on the Tuesday evening before the live audience show. As you can tell, she was in deep concentration putting on her makeup!

You might not know it, but there are so many wonderful team members at QVC who work hard to make sure that all of the Quacker shows are the best ever – especially when we have a live audience show. This is a picture of our Stylist for the live audience show, Nate. I caught him steaming the beautiful Pave Heart ¾ Sleeve T-Shirt. Did you add that one to your collection?!! See it here!

After I saw Nate, look whom I ran into in the hallway – TIM BICE!!! It was Quack-Tastic to have him with us for the show!

And not far behind Tim was Jeanne’s grandson James!

As I finished using my new selfie stick taking Tim & Jame’s pictures, I turned the corner and ran into Barb – otherwise known as Quacker Cop! As you all know, Barb was Jeanne’s great friend, and used to travel with Jeanne each month to QVC – so it was absolutely wonderful to have her there with us for the 20th Celebration!!

I then grabbed Barb and made my way to find some of our AMAZING Design Team members. Here’s Barb with Dianne, Kristy, Susan & John – don’t they all look wonderful?!?

With the team in tow while Angel was getting ready, I set out to find our incredible Buying Team at QVC. Here we are taking another selfie with Kathryn & Siobain. Let me tell you, they were ready to get this party started!!!

Guess what, you can’t have a live audience show without an audience – so my next stop was to the QVC Gift Store to see if I could find any of our Quackers shopping in there. I was in luck and found these beautiful Quackers!

It wasn’t long after that that the doors to the studio opened – and let me tell you, this was one group of Quackers & Drakes who were ready to party!! We gave them each a gift bag – and in it were some pink and white pom poms – after all, Jeanne used to say “Pink is NOT a color – it’s an attitude!” And let me tell you, this audience was working some GREAT attitude – look at them in action!

Speaking of the audience, we had the beautiful and FUN Jennifer Coffey with us as the Audience Host. Jennifer is the Queen of Selfies – so I just had to get a selfie with her!

And we were so lucky to have Carolyn Gracie Hosting the show with Angel – what a GREAT team they make! One of my favorite parts of the show was when they started doing cheerleading routines with the audience and pom pom’s!!! They definitely had the Quacker Spirit!!!

But I think the SILLIEST picture I took the whole week was with Tim Bice and some of the leftover pom poms we found after the audience left. I can just see Jeanne rolling her eyes at the two of us and saying “You silly, silly boys!”

After the show ended, we had a treat for one of our audience members. We had a special ‘Happy Basket’ made up – and we randomly selected an audience member to be the winner. Here she is – and here’s the basket. It had so many goodies in it, that she asked me to hold it for her because it was so heavy!

Have you signed up for our ‘Happy Basket’ giveaway?!?! If not, it’s not too late – we’ll be giving away a basket similar to this one EVERY month for the rest of the year – so you’ve got 10 more chances to win! Just click on this link and sign up – it’s free to do so!! Click Here

Thank you all SO much for Quacking along with us on National Quacker Day. It was great fun chatting with you all during the show on our Facebook Party – we’ll be doing more of that in the future!

On behalf of Angel, Tim Bice, our Design Team & myself – thank you, thank you, thank you!! Here’s to the next 20 years of Quacky fun!!!!!!

Quacker Hugs & Love From Across The Pond!!

I absolutely loved the Anniversary show, my new outfits, seeing old friends, saying hello to Tim Bice and congratulating him for the best 20 years! I also had a chance to meet and briefly chat with James. What a delight. He was so very kind (and so very handsome) that I had to remind my daughter that she had a boyfriend!!! It was a great day. In fact, a few great days as those of us who met on the last Quacker Cruise came for a mini reunion. Many came from all parts of the US (even Alaska)!!! So we extended the party for a few days. We were able to spend some extra time with Barb, Jeanne’s lovable and trusted sidekick and enjoyed a few meals together. We are all so grateful for Tim, keeping the brand alive, the design team for keeping the brand beautiful and classy and to Angel who works tirelessly to bring these fashions to the screen and ultimately, our homes. Wishing you another 20 successful years.
