8 oz package cream cheese 1 unbeaten egg 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup water 1/2 cup oil 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teasoon vanilla 1 pkg chopped nuts
Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the first four ingredients, stir in chocolate ships, set mixture aside.
Cupcake Mixture: In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Then add water,, oil, vinegar, and vanilla to the flour mixture beat well. Fill paper lined cups about 3/4 ull with cupcake mixture and top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
