Red, White & Blue Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Ingredients:
1 bag or bucket of pretzel rods
2 bags of white chocolate candy dots
1 bag of red chocolate candy dots
1 bag of blue chocolate candy dots(chocolate available at Michael’s or other craft store)
Instructions…
Follow instructions on bag to melt white chocolate.
Dip rods into the chocolate and lay them on parchment or wax paper on a cookie sheet.
Once you have a full sheet—place in refrigerator to chill the chocolate.
After you have finished all of the pretzel rods, melt the blue chocolate & drizzle over the white chocolate.
Follow the blue with the red.
I worked in batches so that the chocolate did not re-harden while I was working with it.
I placed 2 rods in a pretzel shaped treat bag (bought at Michael’s) then I tied the bag with an Americana ribbon, and displayed them in glittered Chinese food boxes.
