Soft Cut Out Cookies

3/4 cup unsalted Butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
21/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

For decorating Sugar Cookie Icing
Sprinkles

Mix all ingredients and divide into 2 equal parts. Roll about 1/4 thickness
Refrigerate 1 hour

Preheat to 350
Using cookie cutters cut in shapes
Before baking sprinkle...

Bake 8 to 11 minutes
Make icing and decorate
