you are more than welcome to the birthday greeting, hope you had or will have a lovely birthday , hope you are ok there, and keeping well, I’m now being referred to the orthopaedic surgeon for my heel spur problem, had it over a year now, nothing so far has worked, had tablets, physio therapy, steroid injection, now the only option is surgery for me now, its so painfull, like needles and daggers digging in my heel area, so painfull and its getting me down now, had enough of it to be honest, god bless you take care christine
