Hello Deborah, you are more than welcome to the birthday wishes I sent to you for your birthday, I hope you are ok, here in the uk its getting cold now, got heating on!!, Ive had a lot of health problems this year, and no medical people really want to help me, they say just take pain killers and get on with things, most days my back is killing me, but i have to get on and do things here, some times I’m in so much pain I cry, but I know thats not realy good for me, i have to keep going no matter what! I losing weight, but am afraid im losing too much weight, i was 96kg on the 19th September and am now 81.5kgs, have to keep an eye on it, I’ve cut our biscuits (cookies), chocolate and crisps!, I cannot believe its xmas next month, ive got to make a start on xmas things now, need to get a new tree this year too, my dog patch is out with stewarts dad at the moment, he takes him out Thursday and Friday mornings for an hour or so, they lost thier dog last year and stewarts dad likes to take patch out for walks while stewarts mother goes shopping!, feel free to mail me anytime, i think your on my friend list on here, you take care and stay warm and god bless you you are a sweetheart for mailing me, appreciate it so much big hugs christine
