MINTY GRASSHOPPER DRINK WITH ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons white crème de menthe
½ cup milk
2 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream
2 chocolate cookies, garnish
Blend milk,
white crème de menthe and mint chocolate chip ice crème together until the
mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish
with chocolate chip cookie.
