MARSHMALLOW TOPPED BROWNIE BITES

FOR BROWNIES:

Purchase a box of brownie mix and follow instructions on the box. But, instead of pouring batter into a baking pan, pour into mini muffin tins. Bake according to package.

FOR MARSHMALLOW TOPPING:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
1 (8 ounce) container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow crème
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add whipped topping, beating until smooth. Add marshmallow crème, beating ubtil smooth.

Dip cooled brownies into the marshmallow topping and lift with a twist. Top with a miniature chocolate kiss, if desired.
