Does Quacker Factory have a store or catalog?
A few years ago we made the decision to be exclusive to QVC and let go of all our other businesses. We are now striving to bring you more and new creations each month. With our hour show, we have the outlet to do this. We also have two young women who joined us and together we will be bringing you "such stuff" that even I am blown away by it. Just keep watching - It is the greatest show on earth!
How did you get on QVC?
This one I did wish for! I put a sign on the wall that said- "QVC - YES" and sat back and waited for God to do his job. This is the hard part for me. I like to run the show. My son said: "Mom, it's time to have faith and be open to God's plan." A few weeks later the Florida Department of Commerce called and asked if we had ever heard of QVC and how would we like to try out for the 50-50 tour. And as they say, "The rest is history!"

How did you get the name "Quacker Factory"?
I was running our family owned manufacturing company and designing for two other companies when I became ill. I told my son this is driving me "quackers". On that day he said he would take over the business end and leave the creating to me under one condition; Whatever we do, we have to have fun doing it. So that day we dubbed the factory "Quackers". Since then we have brought thousands of Quacker Factory designs to the world and as much joy as possible to our customers and ourselves and have let God deal with the details.
How did you start your own business?
Housewife and Talk Show Host... I was a busy crafter and one day my husband came home and said: "Jeanne, You've got to stop giving it away. Sell it!...So with little to no thought, a friend and I decided to open a retail store. We christened it "The Silent Women". We just took a chance and it turned out to be a dream come true. I would like to say that I dreamed about it for years, laid out a business plan, and a business was created. NOT TRUE!. It just happened. And it was very right for me. A few years later when my husband died very suddenly, it was my lifeline and a way to support me and my family.

How long have you been in business?
Forever --- Many Lifetimes!
What about button covers?
When all of our ducks are in a row, just the right number of button covers are made for the right number of garments. When one of yours flies away, we feel your pain but unfortunately at his time, that's all we can do.
Why does the duck fly upside-down?
